Kashi provides a comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) and business management platform including inventory management, sales processing, analytics, and team collaboration tools.

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
• Use the service for illegal activities • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service • Upload malicious code or content
Payment Terms
Our basic service is free. Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

The Kashi app and services are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data, while we retain ownership of our platform and technology.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
